Primal Cal differs from other conventional calcium supplements because of our strict belief and practice that the bone structure of our pets deserves nothing less than the best and purest nutritional building blocks. When it comes to skeletal growth and strength, cutting corners can be devastating. Fast growing exotic kittens and cubs, especially, require additional bio-available calcium in their raw diets to prevent poor bone density, metabolic bone disease and worse, broken bones. Some dog breeds as well will benefit from the extra fortification of Primal-Cal. Primal-Cal can be used alone but is ideally made to be fed with Fresh+Oasis feline or canine formulas.

Primal-Cal is completely free of animal bone-source calcium, oyster shell, gluten, soy allergens, grains, sugars, fillers, and binders.

Primal-Cal is completely adaptable to the ever changing needs of every pet – bio-availability as nature intended.

Milk replacers can be fortified with Primal-Cal. Use ½ Scoop per 1 ounce of reconstituted milk replacer.

These schedules are guides per animal. Individual animals will vary in their requirements and should be fed accordingly. Make sure the Primal Cal is well blended into the diet to avoid consumption related problems. The variations in requirements may be due to illness, rapid growth, lactation, breeding, pregnancy, etc.
